Well a new year calls for some new beginnings all round, and this is part of it, a place to have a general rant and say about the going on in my world and the world around me.I'll scream and vent and generally have a go at what ever has annoyed me since the last blog, and hopefully some things which have inspired me.
Things which have annoyed me today, 1st a person at work has gotten all shitty with me for reasons i have no idea about nor care about in fact, i just think it is funny that I'm the person she is pissed with and i haven't done anything (that i know of, quite possible i have, I'm not a nice guy) and i am one of the few people that don't talk crap about her behind her back, ffs vapid young women do need to be medicated more heavily, wonder if we could get a referendum on that, doubt it, to many %^&* struck guys out there for that one to get past.
I made a choice at the start of the year to not be a lard arse anymore weighing in at 110Kgs (that's about 244Lbs if your still one of the 4 countries in the world that still use imperial measurements) been cutting my eating down from if i see it i eat it, to not hungry not eating, and actually doing some real exercise, i have managed to start losing some weight which is all good down to 104.5Kgs so far and falling.
Well that's enough of a rant for the start all going well i shall carry on and see how this goes.
